I wanted to share with you a really awesome juice recipe, which is one of my favorites to incorporate into my juicing routine. It always boosts my energy and is full of amazing nutrients, vitamins, and calcium. I hope you really like it!

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh kale leaves, stems removed
1 medium-sized cucumber
1 green apple
1/2 lemon, peeled
Optional: a small piece of ginger for added flavor

Instructions:

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Chop the kale leaves, cucumber, and apple into small pieces that will fit into your juicer.
If using ginger, peel it and cut it into a small piece.
Juice all the ingredients, starting with the kale leaves and alternating with the cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger.
Once all the ingredients are juiced, stir the juice well to ensure it's evenly mixed.
You can serve the kale juice immediately over ice or refrigerate it for a while to chill before serving.
Enjoy your fresh and nutritious kale juice!

Feel free to adjust the ingredients according to your taste preferences. If you find the juice too strong, you can add some water to dilute it slightly. Additionally, you can explore other variations by adding different fruits like pineapple or pear to enhance the flavor further.

Remember to clean your juicer thoroughly after use, as kale leaves can leave a residue that might be difficult to remove if left for too long.
